7 days before your trial ends, we'll send a reminder email. You'll have a 30-day grace period to choose a paid plan. If you don't activate a plan within 30 days after trial expiry, your data will be permanently deleted.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are immediate with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits (80% usage). If you exceed limits, you can either upgrade your plan or purchase flexible add-ons for additional capacity (projects, users, storage, or map loads). Existing data remains accessible while you decide.
All prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST will be added to your invoice as per Indian tax regulations. We provide proper GST invoices for all payments.
